Position Overview
A growing national home services company is seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support day-to-day office operations and help maintain an efficient, professional, and welcoming workplace.
This is a hands-on administrative role for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, anticipating needs, solving problems, and supporting multiple departments. The Office Administrator will coordinate office logistics, supplies, vendors, meetings, onboarding needs, workplace amenities, and a variety of administrative projects.
The ideal candidate is dependable, resourceful, highly organized, and comfortable taking ownership of the many details that keep a busy office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day office operations and ensure administrative needs are handled efficiently across departments.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory, including ordering, storage, and vendor coordination.
  • Coordinate mail, deliveries, office equipment, and facility-related requests.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, professional, and welcoming office environment.
  • Manage workplace amenities, refreshments, supplies, and other hospitality needs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding general office and administrative requests.
  • Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, and office spaces for internal and external meetings.
  • Support new-hire onboarding logistics, including workspace setup, supplies, badges, and equipment coordination.
  • Assist with company events, team-building activities, office celebrations, and internal meetings.
  • Coordinate company apparel, merchandise, office materials, and related inventory as needed.
  • Maintain organized administrative records, documentation, and tracking systems.
  • Assist various departments with data entry, administrative projects, and operational coordination.
  • Communicate professionally with employees, leadership, vendors, visitors, and clients.
  • Assist leadership and department managers with administrative tasks and special projects.
  • Coordinate routine approvals, signatures, invoices, and other administrative workflows.
  • Proactively monitor office needs and identify opportunities to improve organization, efficiency, and the overall workplace experience.
  • Handle sensitive company and employee information with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
