Position Overview

The Americas Facilities & Workplace Experience Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm's New York offices, ensuring the NY campus is maintained to the highest standards. The role will also provide strategic leadership and direction across facilities/real estate in the Americas, working closely with regional and local office managers / administrators to ensure operational excellence, consistency, and compliance across all locations. The Americas Facilities Manager will oversee all facilities vendors, be accountable for the firm's Americas facilities budget, and partner with the Head of Global Corporate Services on new office and floor openings - contributing to floor plan design, furniture selection, and workplace standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Partnership: Partner with the Head of Global Corporate Services on all aspects of facilities management across the Americas, building a consistent and systematic approach to operations, standards, and service delivery. Develop and implement strategic plans for facilities management, aligning with Global Corporate Services organizational goals. Set and enforce standards, policies, and best practices for facilities operations across all Americas locations.

• New York Campus Operations: Supervise local facilities staff and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and workplace services for the New York offices. Resolve operational issues promptly, ensuring consistently high-quality service delivery.

• Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts, monitor vendor performance, and ensure adherence to service level agreements and quality standards. Conduct regular vendor reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Budget & Financial Stewardship: Own and manage the Americas facilities budget, including forecasting, reporting, and cost optimization. Approve facilities-related expenses and track OPEX and CAPEX expenditures. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.

• Space Planning & Workplace Strategy: Oversee the firm's space planning tool, ensuring accurate data, effective utilization, and reporting on space usage across all Americas locations. Lead NY space planning, including forecasting space needs and optimizing office layouts. Partner with the real estate team on new office builds and renovations, providing input on floor plan design, furniture selection, and workplace standards.

• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all facilities comply with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies. Oversee audits, maintain accurate records, and prepare regular facilities management reports for senior management.

• Project Leadership & Innovation: Lead Corporate Services facilities-related projects and initiatives, working in tandem with the Head of Global Corporate Services to ensure all workplace projects meet strategic and operational goals. Identify opportunities for operational efficiency, sustainability, and service enhancements. Champion best practices and innovative solutions in facilities management. Take on additional responsibilities and ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred

• 7+ years of experience in facilities management / corporate services, with at least 3 years in a multi-site or regional role

• Proven experience managing vendors and large, complex budgets with full OPEX and CAPEX accountability

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to influence stakeholders across a regional organization

• Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective, scalable solutions

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with competing priorities

• High standard of professionalism and discretion in all interactions with senior leadership and external partners

• Proficiency with facilities management software, space planning tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
