Description
Develop and implement marketing plans to generate leads, increase client referrals, and meet or exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual growth targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing referral sources, including care managers, social workers, case management agencies, MLTCs, CHHAs, healthcare professionals, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, doctors’ offices, clinics, senior centers, and community organizations.
Conduct outreach activities, including networking events, health fairs, community presentations, and educational sessions, to increase awareness of BHRAGS Home Care and its services.
Identify individuals who may benefit from home care services and educate potential clients, families, and referral partners about available services and the process for obtaining care.
Assist potential clients or their designated representatives with NYIA assessments and Medicaid applications, as appropriate.
Collaborate closely with the intake and coordination teams to facilitate the intake process, support client enrollment, and ensure timely follow-up on referrals.
Follow up on existing leads and referrals to support conversion, resolve barriers, and maintain strong referral relationships.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of marketing activities, leads, referrals, and enrollment progress in the company’s CRM system.
Prepare and submit weekly production reports summarizing daily activities, outreach efforts, referral progress, and results.
Track marketing metrics and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth and strengthen the agency’s community presence.
Requirements
Proven experience in marketing, sales, and/or business development, preferably in healthcare or home care.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse individuals and organizations.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about making a positive impact.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to read and write in English; Spanish proficiency preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
