Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives Responsibilities
Set and drive priorities and operating cadence to deliver against partnership and seeding objectives
Own the strategic seeding roadmap, with an immediate focus on operationalizing and scaling the glasses seeding program across regions, verticals, and tentpole events
Design, pilot, and scale program models (playbooks, governance, toolkits) that enable repeatable execution and partner activation at scale
Build and manage relationships with internal leadership and cross-functional partners (e.g., Product, Hardware, Marketing, Comms, Legal, Policy) to align on strategy and unlock execution capacity
Train colleagues across XFNs on glasses onboarding tactics to ensure a successful seeding experience for partners
Develop and maintain external partner frameworks that support seeding logistics and tracking across creators, athletes, public figures, and institutional partners
Create concise executive-ready materials (briefs, decision memos, talking points) to support rapid decision-making and leadership alignment
Act as a nimble operator, shifting between strategic planning and hands-on execution as priorities evolve
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of experience in strategic programs, partnerships, operations, management consulting, or executive-level program leadership
Experience building and scaling programs into repeatable, measurable operations
Proven ability to influence and execute with cross-functional stakeholders in ambiguous, highly matrixed environments
Experience translating complex topics into clear, executive-ready narratives for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience)
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
Experience in partnerships, media, sports, entertainment, or creator ecosystems
Demonstrated ability to improve operating cadence and execution at scale across multiple markets or regions
Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
Track record of operationalizing hardware or product seeding programs with external partners
Experience leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and improve program effectiveness
