A growing IT services company is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to oversee its operational processes, drive strategic growth, and lead cross-functional teams across service, projects, finance, marketing, and sales; responsibilities include reviewing KPI reports across departments, coaching and developing managers, overseeing budgeting and financial reporting, and partnering with management to implement new processes and business strategies.
