Job description

About the Role:

The Associate, Campaign Management supports the executional engine of the ad campaign lifecycle, working alongside the Revenue Operations team to keep sold campaigns running accurately and on schedule. Partnering closely with Account Managers, Ad Operations, and Sales, the Associate owns the day-to-day mechanics of order booking, creative collection, delivery monitoring, and campaign reporting. This is a detail-driven, systems-heavy role and an ideal entry point for someone early in their advertising career who thrives on process, accuracy, and turnaround speed. It is also a role built to grow: as proficiency develops, the path leads into pre-sale planning support, programmatic optimization, and ownership of high-impact ad formats.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Los Angeles OR New York City office. You must be willing to travel to the office four days/week. Please note this is a temporary 6-month assignment.

What You'll Do:

Order Management & Campaign Setup

Book and validate sold orders, ensuring deals are processed accurately in our order management system.
Process campaign updates and changes, making certain they are properly recorded in systems and communicated between teams.
Creative Management

Collect and aggregate campaign creatives, acting as the liaison between client service and operations teams.
Track launch readiness by communicating creative timelines, finding outstanding assets, and escalating risks to internal stakeholders.
Partner with the Ad Operations team to submit trafficking requests, including campaign scheduling, targeting, and creative setup, using service request tracking tools.
Delivery Monitoring

Monitor pacing across assigned campaigns and escalate delivery risks to senior team members.
Support full delivery and revenue recognition by flagging and communicating needed order management or ad server changes.
Partner with internal teams on campaign statuses and updates via weekly in-person standups or internal support platforms.
Reporting & Client Deliverables

Pull campaign delivery reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
Create screenshot decks showcasing active campaign placements.
Build post-campaign wrap decks summarizing performance and outcomes for our advertisers.
Reconcile delivery for monthly billing processes.
Your Background:

Required Skills & Competencies

Familiarity with post-sale order management and the digital campaign lifecycle.
Foundational knowledge of digital advertising principles and terminology, or the ability to learn and adapt quickly
Organized approach to gathering orders and creatives from various partner teams, checking for completeness, and submitting to Ad Operations for implementation.
Reporting and data skills
Presentation-building ability (screenshot decks and campaign wrap decks) with an eye for accuracy and quality.
Exceptional attention to detail — catching setup errors before campaigns go live.
A process-improvement mindset — spots repetitive tasks that are candidates for templating or automation.
Clear, proactive communicator who coordinates smoothly with Account Management, Ad Operations, Sales, and RevOps, and who raises questions early.
Qualifications

1 year of professional experience required
Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
