What You'll Do

As an RN on our 3PM–11PM team, you'll provide hands-on clinical care while helping lead and support the nursing team throughout the evening shift.

Responsibilities include:

Providing high-quality nursing care to residents

Administering medications and treatments

Completing resident assessments and monitoring changes in condition

Communicating with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team

Supporting and guiding CNAs and other nursing staff

Assisting with admissions, transfers, and care planning

Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation

Helping ensure a safe, positive environment for residents and staff

What We're Looking For

Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license

Graduate Nurses (GN) encouraged to apply

BLS Certification

Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required

Strong communication and clinical skills

A team-oriented nurse who takes pride in providing excellent resident care
