Job description

About the role

The Andela Talent Cloud platform runs Andela’s business. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of the platform's day-to-day: prioritization, feature development, roadmap, metrics, and maintaining a high quality bar. Andela’s throughput and quality of delivery ride on how well the platform works. You'll also help shape where the product goes next as Andela defines what it means to be relevant in the AI age.

What you'll own

Full day-to-day ownership of the ATC platform
Prioritize needs across our client, operational, and talent users.

Fixing immediate pain points
Close feature gaps that force staff into off-platform workarounds. You’ll have a mandate to bring day-to-day running costs down so that Andela can focus more on business acceleration.

Product metrics and analytics
Build and maintain metrics and funnels to guide product decisions and catch issues before users report them.

Deep partnership with operations
Our operations team uses ATC to run Andela’s business every day. Strong stakeholder relationships are key to uncovering what matters most to move Andela forward.

Platform QA and comms processes
Our amazing engineering team can build and ship fast. You will work with them to maintain a high quality bar and manage communications out to customers.

Deep AI integration
We’re using AI at all levels of Andela – from engineering development to interactive PRDs to integration in user-facing features. You’ll help guide Andela about how to best apply AI to deliver real value, not vaporware or empty marketing claims.

What we're looking for

Strong platform ownership in an operations company
You’ve managed a system where operations teams are the core users and where failures had real business consequences. Experience at a company with at least $50M revenue range is a strong signal.

AI-forward disposition
You don't need a stack of AI projects on your résumé, but you must be deeply curious about where AI is taking the industry, actively hands-on with modern AI tooling in your own workflow, and able to follow and reason about the space as it evolves.

Initiative and follow-through
You see a problem, you own it end-to-end, and you drive it to done without being managed to it. The buck stops with you.

5+ years of product experience
Product management experience with a clear track record of owning a product and shipping things that drive measurable value. Prior engineering experience is a big plus.

Cross-functional leadership
Relationship-building and the instinct to ask detailed, insightful questions that surface the real requirement beneath a vague ask.

US west coast working hours
At least 6 hours of daily overlap with US West Coast hours (8 AM–2 PM PT).

Nice to have

ATS / recruiting / staffing-tech platform experience.

Assessment, training, or learning systems experiences.

Hands-on experience with AI-native development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Claude Design) or agentic workflows.
