THE ROLE
The Clinical Specialist will partner with the Win Academy team to advance the agency’s implementation of evidence-based and best practices across transitional and supportive housing programs. Reporting to the Director of Evidence Based Practices, this role will lead agency-wide training, provide onsite clinical consultation and coaching, and support staff in integrating evidence-based approaches into daily service

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Facilitate agency-wide training in Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, Strengths-Based Case Management, and other evidence-based practices.
Support development and continuous improvement of training curricula and learning initiatives.
Collaborate with external partners to coordinate and facilitate training.
Ensure training materials remain current and aligned with best practices.
Provide monthly onsite coaching, clinical consultation, and technical assistance.
Promote implementation of evidence-based practices across programs.
Participate in agency-wide committees and quality improvement initiatives.
Stay informed of emerging research and proven methodologies.
Identify external training and professional development opportunities.
Assist with publication and dissemination of organizational learning.

WHO YOU WILL BE
MSW required; LMSW preferred.
Experience working with individuals and families impacted by homelessness, trauma, mental health challenges, substance use, poverty, or systemic inequities.
Expertise in Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, Strengths-Based Case Management, and recovery-oriented practices.
Experience facilitating training and presentations.

Qualifications
Education
Required
Masters or better in Social Work.
