Job description
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Early Childhood Program Director to lead our preschool and early childhood education programs. In this pivotal role, you will oversee site staff, ensure compliance with educational regulations, and drive strategic initiatives that enhance our center’s quality and growth. Responsibilities
Manage the center’s budget, including resource allocation and financial planning to support program excellence.
Oversee compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing early childhood education and childcare licensing.
Facilitate strategic planning initiatives to align center goals with community needs and educational best practices.
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children, staff, and families through effective management of school policies and procedures.
Supervise the development, implementation of engaging curriculum plans aligned with early childhood development standards.
Requirements
Proven experience in school administrative leadership or as a school director within early childhood setting.
Demonstrated success in managing budgets as an executive education administrator or similar role.
Excellent communication skills suitable for public speaking, team leadership, and community engagement.
Extensive personnel management experience including supervising teachers, evaluating faculty performance, and facilitating professional development.
Knowledge of special education law, childhood development principles, and early childhood education best practices.
Familiarity with school legal requirements, educational regulation standards, and classroom management strategies
Background in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and educational compliance.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education Administration or related field; advanced certifications preferred.
