Job description
Key Responsibilities
Keep office spaces organized, clean, stocked, and welcoming for employees and visitors.
Manage office inventory, including snacks, beverages, kitchen supplies, office supplies, and workplace essentials.
Order office supplies, snacks, and event materials within an established budget, prioritizing quality, value, and business needs.
Coordinate orders, deliveries, and inventory with vendors and suppliers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with building management and external vendors.
Coordinate office maintenance requests, repairs, preventative maintenance, and workplace improvements.
Troubleshoot basic office technology, conference room equipment, and AV issues, escalating when needed.
Ensure conference rooms, common areas, and shared spaces are organized and meeting-ready.
Assist with setup, breakdown, and logistics for internal meetings, trainings, celebrations, happy hours, and company events.
Partner with the People Operations team to bring the Big Happy culture to life through office events, game days, celebrations, and employee experience initiatives.
Be an active member of our Office Beautification Task Force, helping shape the look, feel, and functionality of our workspace through décor, furniture, artwork, and workplace improvements.
Identify opportunities to improve the office experience and recommend creative solutions that make our workplace more efficient, engaging, and enjoyable.
Support additional workplace and People Operations projects as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
2+ years of experience in office coordination, workplace experience, hospitality, facilities, executive support, or a similar role.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift, move, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds, including office supplies, furniture, event materials, and deliveries.
A proactive, hands-on mindset.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with employees, vendors, and building management.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and coordinating vendors simultaneously.
Ability to troubleshoot basic office technology and meeting room equipment.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and common workplace technology.
A positive, service-oriented attitude and genuine passion for creating a great employee experience.
Someone who enjoys taking ownership, spotting opportunities for improvement, and making the office a place people love coming to.
