Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Required Skills & Experience
12+ years of experience building production ML/AI systems
Bachelors degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics or a related field
Strong proficiency in Python and modern machine learning frameworks
Extensive experience with Gen AI, LLMs. RAG architectures, and model fine-tuning
Experience designing and architecting scalable ML systems from the ground up
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS and/or Azure
Proven experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initatives through influence and expertise

Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with multi-agent systems, agentic workflows, and AI orchestration platforms
Strong background in MLOps, model serving platforms, and cloud-native ML infrastructure
Experience building greenfield AI products or working in innovation-focused environments
