What You’ll Be Doing
🎥 Events & Executive Support
Own and deliver flawless AV experiences for live events, town halls, and executive meetings
Conduct pre-event testing and attend production meetings
Provide real-time, high-touch support to senior stakeholders
📡 Video & Audio Conferencing
Set up and support video conferencing across Cisco, Polycom, Crestron environments
Manage and support Zoom Rooms & Microsoft Teams Rooms integrations
Troubleshoot live conferencing issues quickly and effectively
Support hybrid and virtual events using platforms such as Zoom, WebEx & Teams
🛠️ AV Operations & Maintenance
Perform daily health checks and preventative maintenance across AV systems
Diagnose and resolve issues across VTC endpoints, displays, projectors, and audio systems
Support meeting rooms with presentations and multi-media requirements
🚀 System & Infrastructure Support
Assist with commissioning, configuring, and testing new AV installations
Act as liaison between internal teams and external vendors
Manage AV asset inventory, lifecycle planning, and replacements
🌍 Global Collaboration
Work closely with global AV teams to maintain service excellence
Participate in regular operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Corporate AV / Event Technician (essential)
Strong technical expertise across video conferencing hardware and AV systems
Hands-on experience with Cisco, Polycom, Crestron technologies
Working knowledge of Zoom, Teams, WebEx environments
Exceptional troubleshooting and incident management skills
Highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused
Confident supporting executive-level stakeholders in high-pressure environments
