Job description

In this role, you will own the full recruiting cycle for our licensed therapists, counselors, and social workers who deliver care to the young people we serve. This is a high-volume, relationship-driven role. Mental health clinicians are in high demand, so you'll need to move fast, communicate clearly, and keep candidates engaged from first contact through offer. You'll work closely with clinical leadership to understand hiring needs and make sure every open seat gets filled with someone who is a strong fit, clinically and culturally.

What you'll do

Actively source and engage licensed clinicians through job boards, outreach, and referrals
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple states
Conduct video screens to assess licensure, experience, and fit for our patient population
Coordinate and support the interview process with clinical leadership
Partner with credentialing and onboarding teams to set new hires up for a strong start
Keep candidate records and pipeline stages accurate and up to date in the ATS
Write and maintain clear, compelling job postings
Track and report on recruiting metrics like time-to-fill and pipeline health

Who thrives here

Moves fast, since clinical talent gets snapped up quickly
Organized enough to juggle many open roles and candidates at once
Strong communicator, with candidates and hiring managers alike
Empathetic, since candidates are often clinicians themselves
Resilient, since high-volume recruiting means a lot of no's before a yes
Detail-oriented, especially around licensure and credentialing requirements
Genuinely curious about behavioral health and mission-driven work
Qualifications

Must-haves

3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare, behavioral health, or another licensed or credentialed field
Experience managing a full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to offer
Comfort working with high candidate volume across multiple open roles
Experience using an ATS to track candidates and pipeline stages

Nice-to-haves

Familiarity with clinical licensure requirements (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) across multiple states
Experience recruiting at a startup or fast-growth company
Background or interest in mental health, especially youth mental health
