Remote BCBA Supervisor & Clinical Consultant

The Role

100% remote, with oversight of telehealth and in-person sessions in clinics and client homes. You will carry a real caseload, supervise RBTs and student analysts, run caregiver training, and facilitate social skills groups. Minimum 30 clinical hours per week; 90% utilization of recommended treatment hours is the expectation, not the ceiling.

You

Active BCBA certification
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
Fluent in BST and caregiver-mediated treatment
Adapt your supervision to the person in front of you
Pursue current evidence-based practice independently
Manage your time and documentation without being chased
Communicate directly and professionally across families, staff, and leadership
Passes background check
