Job description

Responsibilities:

Own HubSpot administration across the Sales organisation, including pipelines, stages, properties, workflows, permissions and ongoing CRM changes.

Own Monday.com sales workflows, ensuring processes, ownership, handoffs and accountability are clear and consistently followed.

Define and maintain pipeline governance, including stage definitions, entry/exit criteria and rules for how the process evolves.

Build and optimise HubSpot + Monday.com automations, reducing manual work and improving speed, accuracy and process adherence.

Own lead routing and assignment logic across HubSpot and Monday.com, including connect-rate dependent workflows.

Maintain CRM data hygiene, including required fields, deduplication, missing data and accurate record management.

Monitor and maintain integrations across HubSpot, Monday.com, Aircall, Shopify, Checkout Champ and Zapier.

Own onboarding and offboarding of Sales Reps across the complete technology stack.

Own Sales data within Supabase, or whichever platform becomes the long-term source of truth.

Proactively monitor data quality, identifying and resolving issues before they impact reporting or Sales performance.

Identify broken workflows, bottlenecks and process gaps, then take ownership of fixing them.

Use AI and workflow optimisation to improve automation, call analysis, reporting and day-to-day Sales Operations.

Drive process adherence, project management and accountability across Sales systems.

Maintain clear documentation covering major sales systems, configurations, workflows and operational decisions.

Requirements:

Expert-level HubSpot administration experience

HubSpot certification strongly preferred

Experience building HubSpot workflows, properties, permissions and CRM architecture

Passion for using AI + automation to improve Sales Operations

Work 6 days/week

Work 10 hours/day
