Job description

What you will be doing:
The Executive Assistant provides administrative and operational support to key members of the Finance Leadership Team (“FLT”) at Amer Sports and reports directly to the Chief of Staff (CFO Office). This role enables leaders to operate efficiently by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and supporting day-to-day office and administrative needs. The role works in close coordination with the Chief of Staff (CFO Office) and other administrative partners to ensure schedules, communications, and materials are aligned.

This role must interact seamlessly with a professional demeanor across a broad range of individuals including leaders from around the globe and senior leaders across the various brands.

Specific responsibilities include:
Supports and contributes to FLT day-to-day activities; manages FLT calendars, including making appointments and prioritizing sensitive matters, while aligning schedules and priorities with the Chief of Staff (CFO Office).
Tracks, manages, and submits expenses and travel arrangements for FLT members.
May handle sensitive and confidential financial, legal, and institutional information while exercising professionalism and discretion.
Supports the FLT and collaborates with the Chief of Staff (CFO Office) in the preparation of presentations. Coordinates meetings and workshops, document key takeaways and action items as needed.
Proactively makes suggestions to improve current processes. May lead and execute solutions to optimize organizational procedures, ensuring efficiency and greater productivity in partnership with the Chief of Staff (CFO Office).
Builds connections across the organization and acts as a liaison across stakeholder groups, ensuring effective communication between FLT, the Chief of Staff (CFO Office), and key partners.
What you need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
3–5+ years of experience in an executive support, administrative, operational, or project coordination role with exposure to senior-level stakeholders
Well-organized and comfortable coordinating multiple high-priority projects
Ability to understand and communicate complex matters in a clear and consistent manner
Resilient and able to deal with ambiguity
Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization
Reliable team player with a collaborative, flexible approach and a willingness to support others as priorities shift
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong independent problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking skills
Comfortable working behind the scenes
Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
