As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, taking vital signs, and reporting any changes in condition to our nursing team. Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Monitor and report changes in resident condition, including vital signs, to the nursing team

Provide emotional support and comfort to residents, promoting a positive and respectful care environment

Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care records

Requirements

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

High school diploma or equivalent required

0 years of experience as a CNA (entry-level candidates welcomed)

Ability to lift, move, and transfer residents safely and efficiently

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with varying priorities and deadlines
