Fire Rescue Operations Staff Scheduler

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED. Four years of experience in resolving customer service issues or handling high volume of complaints. Must be able to work a permanent or rotating shift schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays. Completion of college coursework may substitute for the required work experience on a year-for-year basis.
Preferences
Experience with scheduling software is preferred.

Experience with database systems and database entry is desired.
