Building Maintenance Manager

*Building Maintenance Manager – Commercial**

We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep and operations of our commercial building. You'll keep systems running, coordinate vendors, and ensure a safe, well-maintained environment for tenants and staff.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage day-to-day maintenance and repairs across the building

- Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

- Coordinate and supervise outside contractors and service vendors

- Conduct regular inspections and ensure code compliance

- Handle tenant maintenance requests promptly and professionally

**Requirements:**

- 1+ years of maintenance experience in a **commercial building** setting

- Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)

- Familiarity with local safety and building codes

- Strong communication and organizational skills
