Job description
Location: Williamsburg, Brooklyn
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9–5
Pay: $25–$27/hour
We're looking for someone organized, great with people, and who genuinely enjoys keeping things on track. As an Onboarding Specialist, you'll be the main point of contact for new hires as they make their way through the onboarding process - making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What you'll be doing:
- Guide new hires through each step of the onboarding process
- Follow up on outstanding paperwork and track document completion
- Stay in touch with new hires by phone, text, and email until every step is done
- Answer questions and troubleshoot issues as they come up during onboarding
No prior HR experience needed - just strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the follow-through to see each case to completion.
