Job description

Key Responsibilities
Patient & Insurance Liaison: Coordinate care for a diverse clientele, managing private Israeli and international billing, generating medical reports, and handling claims for major local insurance companies (e.g., Harel, Phoenix) as well as global providers.
Daily Operations: Manage patient onboarding, coordinate complex medical scheduling, and oversee front-of-house readiness to maintain premium clinic standards.
Local HMO Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for occasional, minimal administrative liaison work with Maccabi systems.
Financial Administration: Handle private patient billing, track clinic expenses, issue invoices, and manage basic bookkeeping.
Vendor & Supply Management: Manage relationships with local medical suppliers, track inventory, and ensure clinic equipment is fully operational.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of administrative or operations management experience. Experience dealing with private Israeli medical billing, private insurances, or international medical tourism is highly preferred.
Languages: Native-level English and Fluent Hebrew are strictly required (both spoken and written) to interact seamlessly with our international patients, local Israeli patients, and local entities.
Skills: Strong proficiency in clinic management software, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. Knowledge of Israeli medical invoicing (Kedem, Chameleon, or similar platforms) is a major plus.
Traits: Exceptional interpersonal communication, multitasking capabilities, problem-solving skills, and a high level of discretion

The details:

Sunday – Thursday (occasional Fridays), 9:00-17:00, 5 days/week
Minimum 1-year commitment
Based at our clinic on Basel 46, Tel Aviv
