About the role

This is a maternity leave replacement role, covering our social media (phone) video content production while Veeta is out. You’ll be handed direction on what to shoot and how to edit it, and your job is to execute well and keep the pipeline moving.

What you’ll do

• Shoot and edit short-form video, mainly Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok reels, from direction given by the content team.
• Cover one- two live NBN events per week (flights, in-person programs), capturing footage on-site and turning it into usable content.
• Edit raw footage into publish-ready reels: cuts, pacing, captions, sound.
• Manage BSBP and HNY social accounts.
• Pull from NBN’s content buckets: medical professional spotlights, life in different regions, Olim interviews, program testimonials, and evergreen Aliyah content.
• Keep content real: real Olim, real moments, no stock footage or staged setups.

What we’re looking for

• Entry level, no prior professional experience required.
• Comfortable filming on the fly and editing in tools like CapCut, or in-app TikTok and Instagram editing.
• Available to attendone- two events per week on-site (schedule varies, may include evenings).
• A good eye for real, human moments over polished or staged shots.
• Can take direction and turn around finished content quickly, without needing the concept built for you.
• Experience editing Reels or TikTok-style short-form video.
• Interest in Israel, Aliyah, or the Jewish community space.
• Native-level English speaker.
