Seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for a growing painting and construction firm.

This role will oversee high-level operations, drive business strategy, and ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

 - Manage and lead an in-house office team of 10 employees.

 - Oversee multiple active field crews and job sites simultaneously.

 - Streamline daily operational workflows, scheduling, and project logistics.

 - Implement systems to improve efficiency, quality control, and client satisfaction.

 - Handle high-level project management and field coordination.

Qualifications:

 - 5 - 7 years proven leadership experience as a COO, General Manager, or Operations Director in the construction, painting, or trades industry.

 - Strong background in managing both office personnel and active field teams.

 - Exceptional operational, communication, and team-building skills.
