 Job Opening: Lead Morah – Oholei Yosef Yitzchok Lubavitch, Crown Heights

Oholei Yosef Yitzchok Lubavitch is seeking a warm, experienced, and Chassidish Lead Morah for our boys’ preschool division.
This is a full-time position for someone who brings both heart and structure — creating a joyful, nurturing environment where every child feels loved, confident, and connected to Torah and Chassidus.

Position: Lead Morah – Boys Preschool
Schedule:
Full-Time
Monday–Thursday: 8:45 AM – 3:45 PM
Friday: 8:45 AM – 12:00 PM
Location: Crown Heights

Responsibilities:

Lead a vibrant, Chassidish classroom rooted in warmth, joy, and structure

Teach Alef-Beis, Parsha, Tefillah, Yomim Tovim, and basic Yiddishkeit through engaging, hands-on learning

Foster strong middos tovos and a sense of pride in being a young Chossid

Guide and mentor assistant teachers to maintain a smooth classroom flow

Collaborate with administration to implement curriculum and support each child’s development

Communicate warmly and clearly with parents

The Ideal Candidate:

Experienced in early childhood education (minimum 2 years preferred)

A Chassidish role model with a nurturing, positive presence

Skilled in classroom leadership and organization

Passionate about Chinuch Al Taharas Hakodesh and the Rebbe’s vision for preschool education

Creative, joyful, and dedicated to helping each child shine
