E-Commerce Listing Assistant

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented team member to assist with our online product listings. If you love shopping, taking photos, and working online, this is a great opportunity to turn those skills into a flexible part-time role! Every day is different and always interesting. We sell a variety of merchandise, including beauty products, jewelry, clothing and accessories, collectibles, household products, and other consumer goods.

This role is a great fit for college students, stay at home parents, resellers, or anyone seeking flexible part-time work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Photograph products for online listings.

• Identify and research items to prepare for sale.

• Look up comparable selling prices across platforms.

• Write accurate titles and descriptive text for listings.

• List products on platform channels including eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, and others.

• Measure items as needed for listing specifications.

• Keep physical merchandise organized and tracked.

• Manage and update active product listings.

Qualifications:

• Comfortable using computers and smartphones.

• Strong skill set in basic photography and technology.

• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Familiarity with online shopping or reselling is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
