Do you connect easily with kids? Are you playful, patient, and looking for meaningful work? Encore is hiring DIR Floortime Players to work directly with clients in engaging, relationship-based play sessions for our Lakewood, NJ clinic.

You don't do this alone. Every client you work with is assigned a Supervisor who evaluates them, sets their goals and target skills, and trains and supports you throughout. You bring the energy and consistency; we bring the clinical structure.

What You'll Do

Run Floortime sessions Work one-on-one with your assigned client on the goals and target skills established by their Supervisor.

Collect data and write session notes

Participate in supervision and clinic sessions

Attend monthly staff trainings
