We are seeking an AI Automation & Process Transformation Manager to identify, design, and implement artificial intelligence and workflow automation solutions across the organization. This individual will evaluate existing business processes, recommend efficiency improvements, deploy AI-powered tools, and drive measurable reductions in manual work while improving productivity, accuracy, and scalability.Responsibilities:Analyze departmental workflows and operational processesIdentify opportunities for AI and automation deploymentImplement AI tools and workflow automationsIntegrate business systems and data sourcesLead process redesign initiativesDevelop productivity metrics and ROI analysisTrain staff and department leadersManage automation projects from assessment through deploymentDocument workflows and maintain system governanceRequirements3+ years of experience in business process improvement, digital transformation, automation, or systems implementationExperience with AI tools and automation platformsStrong understanding of CRM, ERP, and business operationsExperience leading cross-functional projectsExcellent analytical and communication skillsAbility to quantify efficiency gains and cost savingsPreferredPower Automate, Zapier, Make, UiPath, or n8n experienceSQL or Python experienceConsulting backgroundLean Six Sigma certificationProject Management certificationLocation: Parsippany NJSalary: $150K
