The ideal candidate is comfortable caring for infants and can provide attentive, nurturing care while helping establish healthy routines as the babies grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and responsible care for two infants.
• Feed the babies according to their established schedules and routines.
• Change diapers and assist with general infant care.
• Put the babies down for naps and maintain appropriate sleep routines.
• Engage the babies in safe, play and activities.
• Help maintain consistent feeding and sleeping schedules.
• Assist with introducing and developing new routines as the babies grow.
• Support age-appropriate development and milestones.
• Help with transitions such as introducing solid foods and developing nap routines.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for the babies.
• Communicate with the family regarding feeding, naps, activities, and any concerns.

Qualifications

• Previous experience caring for infants strongly preferred.
• Comfortable caring for two young babies.
• Knowledge of infant feeding, diapering, naps, and general care.
• Friendly, patient, caring, and dependable.
• Comfortable helping establish new routines as the babies develop.
• Attentive and able to manage the needs of both babies.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
