AI Implementor

Position Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on lead to implement practical AI and automation across our retail business. You’ll connect older systems, improve manual workflows, and help staff adopt solutions that save time and reduce errors.

Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize opportunities across buying, inventory, stores, e-commerce, customer service, and finance.
Implement AI tools and integrate existing systems using APIs, databases, file transfers, and automation platforms.
Resolve data issues, test reliability, and establish appropriate human review.
Train staff, document workflows, manage vendors, and track results.

Qualifications and Requirements
Proven experience delivering business integrations and automation, particularly with older systems.
Practical experience with AI tools and workflow automation.
Strong communication, troubleshooting, and project ownership.
Retail or inventory-based business experience is strongly preferred.
