JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL FUNCTION
The Senior Manager of Operations for Pearle Vision is passionate about improving processes and driving change to improve the support of our franchisees. They are well versed in project management and can work cross functionally managing stakeholders to move projects from ideation to implementation. They will support new business initiatives while also supporting our complex and diverse store systems. They will provide operational leadership on all projects as well as pro-actively work toward future needs with a focus on tools and resources to improve franchise processes and customer/patient experience. They will exercise independent judgment and discretion to identify and recommend improvements in operational efficiencies, processes and productivity, and collaborate in the development, implementation and communication of strategies and plans.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Foster open feedback between franchisees, field leadership, and corporate partners. to identify root causes, patterns, and inconsistencies.
Ideate and execute solutions engaging cross functional partners and executive leadership for support, as needed.
Manage Franchise Services roadmap strategy for current and upcoming business initiatives.
Lead cross-functional implementation of new business initiatives.
Work cross functionally to implement new support processes to ensure consistent and efficient support.
Provide communication content for all projects and initiatives.
Work with franchisees to resolve issues/complications.
Coordinate and negotiate with support departments such as product, marketing, operations, customer service, lab services, etc. in support of improving process efficiencies and service levels.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
BS or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in retail operations
2+ years of project management experience
Comfortable working independently and in ambiguous situations
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Clear communications, both written and verbal
Independent problem-solving ability; understanding root cause and developing solutions
Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in Windows applications (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Optical license and/or optical management experience at multi-unit store or field level
Franchise experience
Pay Range: 119,535.00 - 169,011.00
