Job description

What Makes You a Great Fit

Improve lives everywhere by expanding businesses anywhere.

Ready to take your sales game worldwide? At Pebl, we help companies hire, grow, and thrive across 185+ countries without borders holding them back. We're looking for a driven Account Manager to help companies of all sizes expand their global footprint — and you'll be the one making it happen.

This role is fully remote, and we're hiring across the United States. You'll work from wherever you do your best work while selling globally, bringing market fluency and commercial instincts that set Pebl apart.

You won't just hit quota, you'll exceed it. You'll identify opportunities, open doors, build champions within organizations, and guide them toward a bold future of global growth — backed by a high-energy team that values collaboration, creativity, and results.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Build and grow your accounts. Execute account plans focused on retention, expansion, and delivering long-term value to your customers.

• Prospect with purpose. Identify new opportunities through outbound outreach, marketing campaigns, and partner networks to grow your pipeline and close new business within your territory.

• Hit your numbers. Maintain an accurate forecast, stay on top of your pipeline, and consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

• Collaborate cross-functionally. Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and your manager to move deals forward and deliver a seamless client experience.

• Know your market. Build expertise in Pebl's services, the competitive landscape, and your clients' industries to show up as a credible, trusted advisor.

• Share what you're hearing. Bring client feedback and market insights back to the team to help shape how we sell and serve.

Let's Connect If You Have:

• 5+ years of SaaS HR experience owning a direct retention and expansion quota number

• Direct experience selling EOR required in mid-market or commercial segments

• A proven track record of exceeding targets, with the data to back it up

• Legal authorization to work in the United States

• A consultative approach — you ask good questions, understand the problem before pitching a solution, and focus on long-term value

• The ability to pick things up quickly and translate complex ideas into clear, compelling conversations

• Ownership of your results and resilience when deals get tough

• Comfort working across regions, cultures, and time zones

• Willingness to travel (~20%) to build and strengthen client relationships

• A Bachelor's degree preferred, though demonstrated performance and impact matter most with experience in mid-market or commercial segments with consistent quota attainment

What to Expect

• Interview with Hiring Manager (30 min)

• Discovery exercise (45 min)

• 30/60/90 exercise as a written submission in parallel to the discovery exercise
