Job description

The role

You own campaigns end to end. Concept to launch to reporting. Product launches, partner co-marketing, ABM plays, event-driven pushes, always-on nurture. You define what a campaign is at Terra and then you run it.

You'll partner closely with PMM on messaging and positioning, and with Field and Growth on distribution, targeting, and pipeline goals. You'll either produce the assets yourself or brief and manage our in-house creative producer to get them done. Both muscles matter.

This is an IC role. No direct reports. You're the campaign owner, not the campaign manager.

What you'll do

Own the campaign calendar and every campaign on it: brief, plan, build, launch, measure, iterate

Translate PMM messaging into channel-ready creative, copy, and journeys across email, paid, web, social, and events

Run partner co-marketing campaigns with names like CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, and the coalitions we sit inside

Ship the assets. Landing pages, emails, ad copy, one-pagers, nurture flows, sales enablement. Either you write and build, or you brief the producer and drive it to done

Instrument every campaign so we know what worked, what didn't, and what to double down on

Build the process. We have some. You'll sharpen what exists and add what's missing without turning us into a bureaucracy

Requirements

6-10 years in B2B marketing, with real campaign ownership on your resume, not just execution

Cybersecurity experience, non-negotiable. You know how CISOs buy, how security marketing lands, and how to write copy that doesn't get eye-rolled by a technical audience

Partner marketing chops. You've run joint campaigns with ecosystem partners and know how to navigate legal, brand, and timeline friction

Scrappy. You can write the email, build the landing page, brief the designer, pull the report, and run the retro, all in the same week

Comfortable in the gray zone between "here's the playbook" and "figure it out." You can execute in a defined process and build one where none exists

Strong writer. If you send us a cover letter that reads like ChatGPT wrote it, we'll know

Bonus: experience marketing an AI-native product, or coming from a Series A / B startup that scaled its marketing motion
