Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to OSHA standards
Assist dentists during general and specialty procedures (including ortho, oral surgery, etc.)
Take, develop, and process dental X-rays
Maintain accurate patient records, charting, and documentation
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
Manage operatory flow and support efficiency in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with front and back-office teams to deliver exceptional patient care

Be a key part of creating a positive patient experience from start to finish
Take initiative to learn new skills and assist across multiple specialties
Participate in mentoring programs to grow your clinical expertise and advance your career

Qualifications
Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
Current X-ray certification (CA)
Coronal polish and sealant certification
Current CPR/BLS certification
Knowledge of sterilization procedures and OSHA compliance
Specialty experience (Orthodontics, Periodontics, Oral Surgery, Pediatrics) is a plus but not required
