Responsibilities
- Work closely with organizational leadership to develop ideas into actionable programs
- Take ownership of projects from the initial concept through planning, implementation, and growth
- Manage and improve existing programs, processes, and day-to-day operations
- Identify creative opportunities to expand programs, services, and community impact
- Create clear systems, workflows, timelines, and follow-up procedures
- Coordinate with team members, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders
- Track project progress, address challenges, and ensure initiatives continue moving forward
- Manage multiple projects while determining priorities and maintaining attention to detail
