Responsibilities
Lead the financial planning process—including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning—to deliver actionable insights for business performance.
Analyze key performance metrics, identify trends, and translate complex financial data into clear reports and executive dashboards for senior leadership.
Partner cross-functionally with teams like Marketing, Product, and Accounting to assess financial impacts, evaluate business opportunities, and optimize resources.
Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate return on investment for new products, growth initiatives, and market expansions.
Drive work streams for cross-functional strategic projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with long-term company goals.
Identify opportunities to automate and optimize financial systems, reporting, and analysis to improve accuracy and scalability.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling and quantitative analysis using spreadsheet software (e.g., Google Sheets or Excel).
Proven track record of managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting complex insights to leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with specialized financial planning software (e.g., Pigment or OneStream).
Proven ability to independently identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
Experience leading cross-functional work streams and coordinating deliverables across multi-department teams.
