The Data and Reporting Analyst will be responsible for helping to build and improve the processes that keep the business growing. You’ll be part of a team that enables information which empowers various internal customers, improving the experience for our policyholders.

Job Responsibilities
Support regulatory / financial / business reporting.
Document Report Requests and Updates.
Profile downstream data to find anomalies and potential data issues
Create SQL scripts for reporting.
Utilize PowerBI / other dashboarding programs
Requirements
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with the following:
Bachelors w/ 2+ years relevant experience.
Ability to understand data structures / find relationships.
Experience with Visio / Process Flows
Experience with version control systems (Github, Devops, etc)
Experience with Analytics / BI platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Cognos
Collaborate with internal customers and communicate key insights and findings to the appropriate individuals
Financial Reporting, Accounting, or Insurance experience preferred.
