Residential Day Supervisor – Brooklyn

About the Position

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and caring Residential Day Supervisor to help oversee the daily operations of a residential program for individuals with special needs.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take on a supervisory role with room to grow. The right candidate will receive training and support and can develop their skills and take on additional responsibilities over time.

Previous supervisory, healthcare, education, or human services experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise and support staff and help ensure smooth daily operations
2. Assist with staff scheduling and coverage
3. Coordinate transportation, appointments, and daily activities
4. Maintain accurate records and ensure required documentation is completed
5. Monitor supplies and inventory
6. Help oversee medications and follow safety procedures
7. Communicate with staff, families, and other professionals as needed
8. Help ensure the residence follows all required policies and regulations
9. Handle administrative and organizational tasks related to the program
