JOB SUMMARY
At Scottsdale Golf Retreat, the Front Desk Agent is part host and part concierge. You’ll be a key point of contact throughout the guest journey, helping make every stay seamless, personal, and memorable.
From welcoming arriving groups and managing check-ins to coordinating recommendations, transportation, dining, and golf-related needs, you’ll help guests make the most of their time in Scottsdale.
ABOUT THE PROPERTY
Opening Fall 2026, Scottsdale Golf Retreat at Troon North is a one-of-a-kind luxury golf retreat in North Scottsdale. Located adjacent to Troon North Golf Club, the 31-suite boutique property was designed for golf foursomes, group getaways, corporate retreats, celebrations, and travelers looking for a more connected alternative to a traditional resort.
With spacious suite-style accommodations, the Hangout Pool Lounge, resort-style amenities, and customized stay-and-play experiences, Scottsdale Golf Retreat is designed around great golf, the beauty of the Sonoran Desert, and meaningful time together.
As part of the opening team, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape the guest experience from day one.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll help guests navigate both their stay and their Scottsdale experience. In this role, you will:
Welcome guests and create a warm, personalized arrival and departure experience.
Complete check-ins, check-outs, reservations, payments, and other front desk transactions accurately and efficiently.
Serve as a knowledgeable resource for Scottsdale Golf Retreat, Troon North, area golf, dining, entertainment, transportation, and local experiences.
Assist guests with reservations, recommendations, transportation arrangements, and other concierge-style requests.
Anticipate group needs and help coordinate the details that make golf trips and getaways run smoothly.
Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns, taking ownership through resolution.
Recognize special occasions, preferences, and opportunities to personalize the guest experience.
Communicate important guest details with housekeeping, maintenance, leadership, and other team members to ensure seamless service.
Maintain an organized, welcoming front desk and lobby environment.
Take on additional duties as needed to support the property and our guests.
WHAT YOU BRING
A genuine passion for hospitality and helping guests have an exceptional experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, confident, and professional presence.
An interest in Scottsdale, golf, dining, travel, or local experiences and a willingness to become a trusted resource for guests.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple guest needs at once.
A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership rather than simply pass along a request.
Previous hotel, resort, concierge, customer service, or other guest-facing experience is preferred.
Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
