As our marketer, you'll be the heartbeat of our commitment to exceptional care. Supporting our NEPA office, you'll spearhead the cultivation of relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and community organizations. Your knack for relationship-building and marketing savvy will be instrumental in expanding our services and reaching new heights of community impact.

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 base salary, plus additional commission, cellphone stipend, and monthly auto allowance

What we expect:

Unearth and nurture potential leads through a blend of digital platforms, phone outreach, and face-to-face interactions.
Educate clients, families, and local communities about our services, ensuring crystal-clear comprehension of how we elevate their quality of life.
Forge connections with local communities, senior centers, and healthcare facilities to champion our services and forge strategic partnerships.
Autonomously juggle office-based duties and community engagement efforts with finesse.

Maintain meticulous records of referral information.
Collaborate seamlessly with the team to streamline client intake and transitions.
Curate and participate in community events to amplify our services and foster invaluable connections.

You'll thrive in this role if you possess:

Preferred: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in home care is advantageous.
Proficiency in a spectrum of marketing strategies including email, social media, content creation, and advertising.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
Exceptional communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a proactive mindset.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
