Position Summary
We are seeking reliable, compassionate, and dedicated caregivers to join our team. As a caregiver with Percipience Home Care, you will provide hands-on assistance, companionship, and support to clients in their homes. This role is essential in helping clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Responsibilities
Provide personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility assistance).
Assist with daily living activities (meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, errands).
Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
Support clients with dementia care and recovery care, as applicable.
Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition to supervisors.
Document care activities and maintain accurate records.
Follow care plans and safety guidelines to ensure client well-being.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior caregiving experience preferred (professional or personal).
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) certification a plus.
Ability to lift, transfer, and provide physical assistance as needed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
Must pass background check, Health Care Worker Registry verification, and employment eligibility verification (E-Verify).
