We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Esthetician with 1+ years of professional experience to join our growing team
The ideal candidate will be confident in performing advanced skin care treatments, stay up to date on industry trends, and—preferably—bring an established social media following and/or prior clientele to help grow our brand presence
Minimum 1 year of hands-on esthetics experience in a spa, medispa, or dermatology setting
Current state license in Esthetics
Proficiency in lasering, skin analysis, peels, and dermaplaning
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities
Perform laser hair removal and other laser-based treatments with precision and safety
Conduct professional skin analysis to recommend appropriate treatments and home care regimens
Administer chemical peels, dermaplaning, and other advanced skin treatments
Deliver Hydrafacial services and body/facial contouring (prior experience preferred but not required—training available)
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant treatment area
Educate clients on post-treatment care and ongoing skincare routines
Stay informed on the latest beauty and skincare trends, incorporating them into services when appropriate
Engage clients and promote services both in person and online
Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service and follow-u
