We're always looking for a unicornly-special breed of tax pro to join our tight knit team.

Who We're Looking For:
An experienced Tax Manager to help the two owners with:

Day-to-day management,
Review and oversight of a talented team of 10+ tax preparers,
Training Seasonal Staff,
Working with unique and interesting clients.
Duties would include tax return review, training and management of seasonal and full-time staff as well as limited client facing tax preparation and planning services. Ideal candidates would enjoy interacting with clients & co-workers alike, can complete/review both business and individual tax returns of all levels of difficulty, give sage tax planning advice and generally enjoy life in and out of the tax office. Speaking of offices, we have a beautiful art-filled one for our local staff (but we're open to hiring remotely too!)

Qualifications
5+ Years Tax Planning and Tax Preparation Experience
CPA, EA and/or advanced degree in Taxation/Accounting
Experience with Individual, S Corp and Partnership tax returns
Tax Management/Review Experience
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
A deep satisfaction in reading a well-bulleted list
