Prospect into targeted home health and hospice organizations via phone, email, LinkedIn, conferences and referrals
Research accounts and identify key decision-makers, EHR, census/size, current outsourcing model and contract/renewal timing
Generate approximately 12+ qualified meetings and 5+ qualified opportunities per month
Reactivate dormant prospects and opportunities
Multithread strategic accounts
Follow up on conference, webinar, partner and marketing leads
Identify warm-introduction opportunities through customers and industry relationships
Maintain strong HubSpot discipline and clean account intelligence
What We’re Looking For
1–3+ years of BDR/SDR, business development in home health and/or hospice
Smart, hungry, articulate and persistent
Comfortable prospecting by phone—not just email
Strong research skills and ability to personalize outreach
Comfortable engaging senior healthcare executives
Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
Competitive and motivated by performance-based compensation.
