Remote Of Counsel Attorney

**Job Overview:**

As a Remote Of Counsel Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal guidance and support to our clients. You will work on a variety of legal issues, conduct research, draft legal documents, and provide legal advice to clients as needed. **Responsibilities:**

- Conduct legal research on various issues and provide analysis

- Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings

- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

- Assist with case management and preparation for litigation

- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations in the legal field

**Requirements:**

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

- Active license to practice law in Florida AND at least one of the following states:

Alabama, Georgia, Colorado, Tennessee

- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law

- Strong research and analytical skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Experience working remotely is a plus
