Salary-$60-100,000

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to physicians, healthcare providers, and referral sources to develop and maintain referral relationships.
• Manage and coordinate the intake process for new clients.
• Guide families and clients through required paperwork, documentation, and onboarding requirements.
• Communicate closely with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth and timely transition of new cases.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure cases are progressing appropriately and that outstanding needs are addressed.
• Monitor case status and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of required steps.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve the intake, referral, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable healthcare standards.
• Identify barriers or delays in the intake and onboarding process and proactively develop solutions.
• Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation.
• Travel to various states approximately twice per month as needed.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support the growth and success of the organization.

Qualifications

• ABA experience preferred, particularly experience within a behavioral health, healthcare, or clinical environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel to various states approximately twice per month.

Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
