Intake & Sales Specialist

A healthcare company is seeking an Intake & Sales Specialist to guide families through Medicaid eligibility and services. The candidate will contact referred families, assess Medicaid needs, explain eligibility requirements, and convert qualified referrals.
Skills and Requirements
• Experience with Medicaid case management or intake.
• Proven background in sales or client conversion.
• Strong knowledge of long-term care Medicaid.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and consultative sales skills.
• Confident, organized, and detail-oriented approach.

Work arrangement: In-Person
Salary Range: $80k - $100k
Working hours: 40 hrs/week
