We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to support our commercial mortgage lending team. The ideal candidate will be organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple loan files from application through closing.

Responsibilities:

Collect, review, and organize borrower and property documentation.

Prepare and maintain loan files and ensure required documents are complete.

Coordinate with borrowers, lenders, underwriters, appraisers, and other third parties.

Track loan conditions, deadlines, and outstanding items.

Assist with underwriting and closing processes.

Provide timely updates and follow up on outstanding documentation.

Ensure files are accurate and compliant with company and lender requirements.

Qualifications:

1+ year of mortgage, commercial lending, or loan processing experience preferred.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic loan/document management systems.
