Principal Responsibilities:

Position Summary
The Enrichment Runner supports the daily operation and administration of Shalom Orlando's Enrichment Academy. This position works closely with the Program Director to keep enrichment organized, support instructors and families, and ensure classes run smoothly each day.

Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate enrichment registrations, class rosters, attendance, and enrollment numbers.
• Review daily schedules and make sure instructors have current rosters, room assignments, and program information.
• Communicate with instructors and families regarding schedules, reminders, changes, cancellations, and routine program questions.
• Assist with instructor/vendor onboarding and required paperwork, including agreements, W-9s, insurance, and background screening requirements.
• Assist with preparing each enrichment semester, including class descriptions, schedules, room assignments, registration information, supplies, and instructor information.
• Monitor enrollment and notify the Program Director of classes requiring attention.
• Help prepare and organize enrichment information needed for registration and Marketing.
• Take and post photos of Enrichment Academy classes to Remini to help showcase current programming and activities.
• Assist instructors with classroom, equipment, and supply needs.
• Check enrichment classes throughout the afternoon and help resolve routine issues.
• Maintain organized enrichment records, supplies, and program information.
• Bring parent concerns, refund requests, policy exceptions, or significant program issues to the Program Director.
• Assist with other Enrichment Academy administrative needs as assigned.

Additional Program Support
While the Enrichment Academy is the primary responsibility of this position, the Enrichment Runner may occasionally be asked to temporarily assist with other Shalom Orlando programs, events, child supervision, or operational needs when additional support is necessary.
These responsibilities are temporary or occasional and do not change the primary focus of the Enrichment Runner position.

Qualifications

• Organized, dependable, flexible, and detail-oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with email, spreadsheets, registration systems, schedules, and rosters.
• Ability to communicate professionally with families, instructors, vendors, and staff.
• Experience working in youth, recreation, education, or enrichment programming preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and problem-solve as needs arise.
• Must complete all required Shalom Orlando background screening and staff training.
  
  The Enrichment Runner should be a team player who takes ownership of the day-to-day details of the Enrichment Academy and is willing to step in and help when needed.

Rate of Pay: $17.00 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM to approximately 5:00-6:00 PM, depending on the enrichment schedule and program needs.
