You'll run accounting, budgeting, and reporting end to end — keeping cash flow tight, forecasts sharp, and every figure accurate and compliant. This is a product-based business that's been running on legacy systems, so there's real room to modernize — bringing fresh processes and a sharper operation where things have been done the old way for a while. Leadership will lean on you for the financial clarity that drives real decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Reporting
- Manage all aspects of accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Prepare monthly and annual reports for management review
Cash Flow & Planning
- Oversee cash flow, forecasting, and financial planning
- Support leadership with data-driven insights and financial analysis
Compliance & Process
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
- Streamline financial systems and processes for greater efficiency
- Modernize legacy financial systems and processes, introducing new approaches where operations have relied on older methods
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a senior accounting role
- Highly detail-oriented and analytical
- Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
